Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your jurisdiction (and be at least 13), and you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. The Service integrates with Discord but is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc.

2. The Service

Sinux Relay is a software platform that lets approved operators ("Clients") forward and reformat messages between Discord channels and servers using branded templates and automation. We provide the platform and management portal only; we do not create, author, monitor, endorse, verify, or control the content that Clients choose to forward.

3. Access and Discord sign-in

Access requires signing in with Discord, from which we receive only basic profile information (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for all activity carried out under your access. Access to a workspace is granted by that workspace's owner or by us and may be modified or revoked at any time.

4. Clients and workspaces

Each Client operates an isolated workspace and is solely responsible for: the content it forwards; its Discord servers, bots, and tokens; the team members it grants access to and their actions; obtaining any rights or consents needed to process and re-publish content; and compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules. As between us and a Client, we act only as a conduit and processor for content the Client directs the Service to forward.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right, or facilitate fraud, deception, or market manipulation; (b) forward or distribute unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content; (c) transmit spam or malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or another workspace's data; (d) harass, abuse, or harm others; or (e) interfere with, overload, or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.

6. No financial or investment advice

Sinux Relay is a communication and automation tool provided for informational purposes only. Nothing made available through the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a recommendation to make any particular trade.

Any trade ideas, alerts, signals, analyses, or opinions forwarded through the Service originate solely from Clients and third parties — not from us — and we do not author, verify, endorse, or guarantee them, including their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from content forwarded through, or reliance on, the Service.

7. Your content and licence

As between us and a Client, the Client retains ownership of its content and grants us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit, reformat, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Client content and do not use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and the Sinux Relay and Sinux Consulting names, logos, and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to use our marks without our prior written permission.

9. Fees

Access for Clients may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any usage limits are as agreed at sign-up or as published. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change fees on reasonable notice, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Discord (authentication and message delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED ACCURATELY OR ON TIME.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sinux Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms, suspected unlawful or harmful use, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
